This little house fits the definition of granny flat, but is actually a home for new little babies. It is located at the back of a long up sloping block with views out to Port Kembla harbour. The design is a simple response to good aspect and sloping land. Structure and details are restrained to bring out the best of a small budget and the owner builder model.
